3 quality managers

1. Responsible for inspecting and testing raw materials, intermediate products and finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards and specification requirements.

2. Track and solve various quality problems, including product defects, substandard products, customer complaints, etc., and improve product quality by analyzing the causes and taking corrective and preventive measures.

3. Conduct quality audits on key links in the production process, such as raw material procurement, production line control, equipment maintenance, etc., to ensure that operations meet quality requirements.

4. Establish and maintain a quality recording system, accurately record inspection and test results at each production stage, generate periodic quality reports, and report product quality status to superior management.

5. Responsible for organizing and implementing quality training and education activities to improve employees' understanding and operational skills of quality control.

6. Cooperate with other departments to participate in product design, process improvement and quality management process optimization to improve product quality and production efficiency.

job requirements:

1. Responsible for the design and development of various wire products,

2. Provide technical support to production lines and production departments, solve problems during the production process, and ensure that products meet quality standards and specification requirements.

3. Develop design and manufacturing specifications for wire products in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with these requirements throughout the production process.

4. Responsible for supervising the quality control process of wire products, including raw material inspection, production process monitoring and product quality inspection.

5. Troubleshooting and repair solutions are required to ensure normal operation of the production line.

6. Communicate with material suppliers and customers to understand their needs and provide technical support and solutions.

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above (requirements can be relaxed for outstanding candidates)

2. Have working experience in wires and cables

3. Able to use CAD software for clinker

 

 

10 workshop operators

1. Comply with the company's safety regulations and operating procedures to ensure the safety and normal operation of the workshop;

2. Maintain daily maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, and promptly discover and solve machine faults and problems;

3. According to the production plan, accurately execute production tasks, check work quality, and ensure that products meet standards;

4. Be familiar with and operate the tools and equipment required in the production workshop, and maintain good records and management;

5. Under 45 years old, junior high school education or above
